Ukraine's national football team has risen to 22nd place in the FIFA rankings after qualifying for Euro 2024 with victories over Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland.
FIFA has updated the ranking of national teams, with Ukraine moving up to 22nd place, the UAF said on Thursday, UNN reports.

The Ukrainian national team moved up two positions in the rankings.
The blue and yellows have 1568.86 points. The Ukrainian team is ranked 12th among UEFA representatives.
After the publication of the preliminary roster, the Ukrainian national team played Euro 2024 playoff matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina (2:1) and Iceland (2:1), making it to the final tournament.
The position of the future rivals of the blue and yellows has also changed. In friendly matches: Germany - 16 (0), Poland - 28 (+2), Moldova - 153 (+2). In Group E at Euro 2024: Romania - 46 (-1), Slovakia - 48 (0), Belgium - 3 (+1). In Group B1 of the League of Nations 2024/2025: Albania - 66 (-2), Czech Republic - 36 (+4), Georgia - 75 (+2).
