President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev proposed to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to "freeze" the war in Ukraine. He added that he does not understand the reasons for the aggression, as stated on the sidelines of the XXII Forum of Interregional Russian-Kazakh Cooperation in Omsk on July 25, reports UNN citing the news agency "Fergana".
