Russia deliberately attacked gas production facilities of the Naftogaz Group in the Kharkiv region for three days. As a result of the strikes, a fire broke out, equipment was damaged, leading to a loss of part of the gas production.
Russia has been attacking Naftogaz's gas production facilities in the Kharkiv region for three days, the Naftogaz Group reported on Tuesday, writes UNN.

As stated by Naftogaz, "on Sunday, a fire broke out as a result of a strike on one of the production assets." Rescuers from the State Emergency Service promptly extinguished it. "The damaged equipment had to be shut down, which led to a loss of part of the gas production volumes," the statement reads.
On Monday morning, the enemy, as noted, "attacked another facility." Numerous destructions were recorded. Company specialists are assessing the scale of the damage and the possibility of restoring equipment operation.
During both attacks, employees were in shelters. There were no casualties.
"Russia is deliberately striking facilities that supply the country with gas in order to disrupt preparations for winter and create problems during the heating season. The Naftogaz Group is doing everything possible to minimize the consequences of such attacks for the country and ensure sufficient gas resources. I thank the rescuers of the State Emergency Service for their quick response and extinguishing the fire. Our specialists are already assessing the consequences of the strikes and will do everything possible to restore the operation of the damaged facilities," said Acting Chairman of the Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine Serhiy Fedorenko.
