Monitoring of officials' lifestyles has revealed violations worth 100 million since the beginning of the year – NACP

Based on the results of relevant monitoring, the NACP has forwarded 13 cases to law enforcement agencies containing signs of violations totaling over 100 million hryvnias.

During the first quarter of 2026, based on the results of lifestyle monitoring, the NACP forwarded 13 cases with signs of violations totaling over UAH 100 million to law enforcement agencies. This was reported by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, according to UNN.
Details
According to preliminary data, out of the total number, 2 substantiated conclusions concerned signs of illicit enrichment amounting to UAH 34.69 million. Investigations in these proceedings have already been completed, and the indictments have been submitted to court.
The agency transferred another 11 cases totaling UAH 65.33 million to the SAPO. They are to decide on filing lawsuits to recognize assets as unjustified and recover them for the state's benefit.
During this period, the SAPO filed 5 lawsuits with the HACC for a total amount of UAH 23.83 million. All of them are based on materials transferred by the NACP in previous periods.
The HACC also issued decisions recognizing assets totaling UAH 35.96 million as unjustified.
In addition, the Appeals Chamber of the HACC during this period confirmed the legality of the first-instance court decisions regarding assets worth UAH 16.18 million.
Separately, based on the results of lifestyle monitoring in March 2026, the NACP sent 2 substantiated conclusions regarding false declarations totaling over UAH 13 million to the Lviv Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Defense Sphere of the Western Region
