Iran released terms of an agreement on troop withdrawal and unblocking of ports – the US denied it

Tehran claimed a memorandum regarding the withdrawal of US troops and the unblocking of ports in exchange for transit. The White House called this information a fabrication.
Iranian state television has published details of a draft agreement with the US. Tehran called it a "preliminary unofficial framework for a memorandum of understanding" between Iran and the US. At the same time, Washington denied this, UNN reports with reference to Sky News and CNN.
Details
According to the draft, US military forces would withdraw their troops from the vicinity of Iran and lift the naval blockade of Iranian ports.
In return, Iran commits to restoring the number of commercial transit vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz to pre-war levels within a month.
Military vessels are not included in this draft agreement, the report adds.
Meanwhile, the White House denied the Iranian state media reports about the draft memorandum of understanding, calling them "absolute fiction."
