Russia launched 7 ballistic missiles and 239 drones at Ukraine overnight; 4 missiles and 212 UAVs were shot down or suppressed, while information regarding one ballistic missile is being clarified, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Thursday, UNN writes.

According to the Air Force, on the night of June 18 (from 18:00 on June 17), the enemy attacked with 7 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles from the Voronezh, Bryansk, and Kursk regions of the Russian Federation, and 239 strike UAVs of the Shahed type (including jet-powered ones), Gerbera, Italmas, and "Parodiya"-type decoy drones from the directions of Kursk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), Gvardiyske (occupied Crimea), and occupied Donetsk.
The aerial attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare (EW) units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data as of 08:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 216 targets—4 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles and 212 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types in the north, south, and east of the country. Hits from two ballistic missiles and 26 strike UAVs were recorded at 9 locations, along with falling debris at 7 locations. Information regarding one more ballistic missile is being clarified,
