He graduated from Chernivtsi National University with a degree in political science. He began his professional journalism career in 2000 at the local newspaper Chas. He worked for local publications Svoboda Slova, Chas-2000, and Versii. In 2006, he became a correspondent for the all-Ukrainian newspaper Express in the Chernivtsi region. From 2008 to 2012, he was the head of the Express bureau. In 2011-12, he was a public relations advisor to the mayor of Chernivtsi. In 2014-19, he was a journalist for the online publication The Chernivtsi Times. Since 2019, he has been collaborating with various all-Ukrainian websites and Telegram channels. Since May 2023, he has been the editor of the UNN news agency. He specializes in domestic politics and economics.
