In Chernihiv region, an 11-year-old boy was hospitalized with injuries. The incident occurred in the village of Oleksandrivka after the child picked up an unknown object that exploded in his hands.

Half of the 69 combat engagements on the frontlines over the past day took place in the Pokrovsk and Lyman directions. The enemy also carried out air strikes and shelling on the border regions of Ukraine.

The SBU and National Police detained a Russian agent who tried to blow up a National Guard soldier in Kyiv by luring him to a "date". The explosives were hidden in a scooter, no one was injured, and the agent faces up to 12 years in prison.

The UN Monitoring Mission stated that the Russian attack on Kyiv on June 17 was the deadliest in a year, claiming the lives of 14 civilians. A total of 15 dead and 139 wounded across Ukraine.
