The Kuibyshev oil refinery in the Samara region was also hit last night. The distance from the front line is over 900 kilometers. I am grateful to the soldiers of the SSO (Special Operations Forces), SBS (Systems of Unmanned Systems), and GUR (Defense Intelligence). The SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) also achieved quite just responses at two oil infrastructure facilities in the Vladimir region at a distance of 700 kilometers.

As a reminder
Ukraine has previously struck the Progress plant. Specifically, on the night of May 5, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including the 19th Missile Brigade, launched a strike on the enterprise located more than 900 km from the border of Ukraine. FP-5 "Flamingo" cruise missiles, produced by the Ukrainian company Fire Point, were used for the attack, and in the morning, the facility was additionally attacked by long-range drones.
The most important products of the enterprise are the "Kometa-M" jam-resistant satellite navigation antennas. These specific components provide navigation for Russian strike assets.
They are used in Shahed-type drones, guided aerial bombs (KABs), reconnaissance UAVs, as well as in Kh-101 cruise missiles and Iskander ballistic missiles.
