What the red ribbon in the "Army+" app means - Ministry of Defense explains

The mark in "Army+" indicates an unauthorized absence from the unit (AWOL) according to registry data. To correct errors, you should update the application and log in again.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has explained when, how, and why a red banner appears in the "Army+" application. Some users of the app may see it: it signifies "Absence from service recorded." This was reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the department.
Details
This banner appears in cases where official registries contain information regarding the unauthorized abandonment of a military unit (AWOL).
The Ministry of Defense noted: an update of this data is currently underway, so in some cases, information in the application may be displayed incorrectly or may not have been updated yet.
The department also outlined the algorithm of actions for such cases:
- Update the "Army+" application to version 3.2.2;
- Log out of the account and log in again;
- Wait 15 minutes.
