According to the State Emergency Service, several districts of Kyiv region came under shelling during the night and morning. In the Zazymia community, three people died, including children. Rescuers are conducting search operations and clearing debris.
"As a result of the attack, two private houses in the Brovary district caught fire. The facade of a gas station building was also damaged. People may be inside one of the damaged houses in the village of Pohreby. Rescuers are working at the scene," Kalashnyk wrote.
The State Emergency Service also reported that an 83-year-old woman was injured, whom rescuers pulled from a burning house in Brovary. She was in a state of shock but alive. In Brovary, debris also caused a fire in a private house and a truck with a trailer caught fire - all were promptly extinguished.
