On the night of May 30, Russian troops launched a massive attack on Shostka, Sumy region. As a result of the strikes, residential and non-residential buildings, administrative structures, and vehicles were damaged. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, according to UNN.

According to rescuers, fires and destruction were recorded at several locations in the city simultaneously. Due to the threat of repeated Russian strikes, work to eliminate the consequences had to be temporarily suspended.
Rescuers carried out firefighting operations and inspections of the damaged areas.
In addition, this morning, a Russian drone hit a gas station in Sumy. The strike resulted in a fire.
The State Emergency Service reported that all fire sources have been extinguished.
According to preliminary information, there were no casualties as a result of both attacks.
