- the Institute of Mass Information (IMI) reports.

Journalist Anastasiia Vilkhova and cameraman Oleksandr Dubyna were traveling with servicemen of the 147th Separate Artillery Brigade to positions where they planned to film a report about the work of artillery crews.

At around 5:00 a.m., the military detected a threat on a drone detector. They ordered everyone to leave the pickup truck immediately. A few minutes later, one of the Russian drones hit the already empty vehicle, after which it caught fire.

The journalists were forced to hide in a field of sunflowers. Later, servicemen from the same brigade who were driving along the highway picked them up. As a result of the attack, the reporters did not sustain serious injuries. Anastasiia was left with bruises and abrasions on her arms and knees from crawling through the field.
