Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine detained another spotter of Russian missile and drone attacks in Odesa region. The detainee was a local resident who was preparing coordinates for a new series of shelling of the southern region. This was reported by UNN with reference to the SBU.

Details

The detained woman was recruited by Russian special services while looking for "easy money" in Telegram channels. According to the investigation, the enemy planned to carry out targeted strikes on Ukrainian air defense, which protects the airspace of the coastal zone.

Under the special attention of the Russian special services were the basing points of mobile fire groups, as well as the combat positions of anti-aircraft missile systems and radar stations of the Defense Forces. To identify the "necessary" geolocations and transmit them to the FSB, the agent traveled by public transport in the area near the Black Sea coast.

 - reported the SBU.

If the enemy agent found military objects, she conducted reconnaissance on foot near them. She photographed and video recorded the external perimeters of potential "targets."

She was detained "red-handed" while she was recording the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces on her smartphone.

The detainee was notified of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason committed under martial law). She is currently in custody. She faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
