Occupiers attacked the AFU 55 times, most actively in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions. The border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions are under enemy shelling.
Since the beginning of the day, the aggressor has attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 55 times. The enemy is active in the Pokrovsk, Huliaipole, and Kostiantynivka directions, UNN reports, citing the General Staff summary.
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, the settlements of Neskuchne, Rohizne, Korenok, Sopych, Yastrubshchyna, Ulanove, Tovstodubove, Ryzhivka, Volfyne, Neskuchne, and Brusky in the Sumy region were affected; in the Chernihiv region – Tovstodubove and Sumy
In the Pivnichno-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, since the beginning of the day, the invaders have attacked our soldiers' positions once and carried out 47 shellings, including six using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi direction, the invaders twice tried to break through the defense in the Lyman area and towards Izbytske. One battle is ongoing.
In the Kupiansk direction, our defenders stopped two enemy attempts to advance towards Radkivka and Kolisnykivka.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 11 attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Shyikivka, Stavky, Drobysheve, Lyman, and in the areas of Novoselivka, Derylove, Zarichne, and Yampil. Four combat engagements are currently ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces stopped five attempts by the invaders to move forward towards the settlements of Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kryva Luka, and in the area of Zakitne and Kalenyky. One combat engagement is still ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian invaders carried out one attack towards Malynivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, our defenders repelled nine attacks near the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Kostiantynivka, and Illinivka. One combat engagement is currently ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 11 times to push our soldiers from their positions in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Filiia, and towards the settlements of Bilytske, Dorozhnie, Shevchenko, and Serhiivka. One battle is still ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivsk direction, the enemy attacked once towards Oleksandrohrad.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled nine enemy attacks towards the settlements of Dobropillia, Huliaipilske, and Hirke; two combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped three enemy attempts to advance in the Stepnohirsk area.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.
In other directions, there are currently no significant changes in the situation. No enemy attempts to advance have been recorded, the General Staff summarized.
