During the day, 159 combat engagements were recorded, a third of which were in the Pokrovsk direction. The Defense Forces struck areas of concentration of manpower and equipment of the occupiers.
About a third of the 159 battles on the front took place in the Pokrovsk direction over the past day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in its morning report, showing a map of hostilities, UNN writes.

Yesterday, the enemy launched one missile strike using one missile at the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, as well as 74 air strikes, including dropping 120 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out more than five thousand eight hundred shellings, 134 of which were from rocket salvo fire systems, and involved 2,782 kamikaze drones for destruction.
"Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 17 areas of concentration of personnel and equipment, one command post and a radar station of the Buk anti-aircraft missile system of the Russian invaders," the report said.
Situation by directions
In the Kupyansk direction, four attacks by the occupiers took place over the past day. The Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assault actions towards Pishchane, near Kupyakivka and Zahryzove.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 21 times. He tried to advance near Nadia, Yampolivka, Torske and towards Novoplatonivka, Novomykhailivka, Hrekivka, Ridkodub, Olhivka, Zelena Dolyna and Nove.
In the Siversky direction, the enemy carried out three attacks on the positions of our units in the Hryhorivka area during the day, the attacks were repelled.
In the Kramatorsk direction, three combat clashes were recorded in the Kurdyumivka and Chasovoy Yar areas.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 23 attacks near Dachne, Shcherbynivka, Ozaryanivka and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 52 offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Kalynove, Lysivka, Oleksandropil, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Udachne, Uspenivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka, Kotlyne, as well as in the directions of Kotlyarivka, Malinivka and Serhiivka.
In the Novopavlivsky direction, the Defense Forces repelled 12 attacks on the positions of our troops towards Bahatyr and near Kostyantynopol, Rozlyv and Skudny.
In the Huliaipilsky direction, the enemy made two unsuccessful attempts to advance towards the settlement of Shevchenko over the past day.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders successfully repelled eight enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove and Shcherbaky.
In the Kharkiv and Prydniprovsky directions, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
In the Volyn and Polisky directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
"In the operational zone in the Kursk region, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 21 attacks by Russian invaders over the past day. In addition, the enemy launched five air strikes using nine guided bombs, and also carried out 278 artillery shellings of the positions of our troops and settlements, including one from rocket salvo fire systems," the report said.
