In Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, an unidentified man threw a grenade toward the administrative building of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC). The man was detained at the scene; there were no casualties. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region, according to UNN.
On April 30, at 6:13 p.m., the police received a report that an unidentified man threw a grenade toward the TCC administrative building. The munition exploded. The perpetrator was detained at the scene. He turned out to be a local resident. There are no casualties
Currently, an investigative-operational group, canine units, explosives experts from the Kyiv region police, patrol officers, and employees of the Security Service of Ukraine are working at the scene.
Based on this fact, investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine have initiated a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 263 and Part 1 of Article 114 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
