As a reminder,
Russia was attacked by drones on the night of June 18. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed strikes on the Moscow refinery and in the Rostov region. Footage appeared online showing Ukrainian FP-1 drones, manufactured by the Ukrainian company Fire Point, over the Russian capital, which the "Pantsir" system unsuccessfully attempted to shoot down. This is already the second strike on the Moscow refinery.
Prior to this, on June 16, UAV attacks on oil facilities were recorded in the Moscow region and Krasnodar Krai of the RF. Footage was also posted online showing an FP-1 strike drone, created by Fire Point for deep strikes into enemy territory, maneuvering in the sky over Moscow. Analysts point out that the hit refinery is located approximately 15 kilometers from the Kremlin.
