DOT finds three new food suppliers for the Armed Forces: they will replace companies that did not fulfill contracts

"The State Logistics Operator has signed contracts with three new companies - Adeline LLC, Okhtyrka Meat Product LLC, and Agroprodprom-Service Trading Company LLC - to supply food to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, replacing suppliers that were unable to deliver.
"The State Logistics Operator has signed contracts with three new companies to supply food to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They will replace the companies that failed to deliver food to military units. This is reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the DOT.
It is noted that during the first two weeks of supplying the Armed Forces with food, two suppliers failed to fully fulfill deliveries: LLC "Your Bread" and LLC "Cherkasy Meat Processing Plant"
As a result, the State Logistics Operator concluded contracts with three new suppliers based on the results of the collection of commercial offers: Adelin LLC, Okhtyrka Myasoprodukt LLC, and Agroprodprom-Service Trading Company LLC. The previously contracted suppliers were also assigned additional areas. In particular:
- Adeline LLC is now accepting applications for the Lviv region. They have experience in supplying food to the National Guard of Ukraine;
- Okhtyrka Meat Product LLC will provide supplies in Vinnytsia region. Previously, it supplied the State Border Guard Service and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;
- Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia, and Chernivtsi regions are reassigned to Agroprodprom-Service Trading Company LLC, which previously supplied food to the Defense Ministry.
- Contract Prodreserve 5 LLC carries out deliveries for units in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovs'k, Kyiv regions and Kyiv city.
The DOT added that Foodgrand LLC, in addition to its previous obligations, has joined the service of Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions, Buskyi Canning Plant LLC additionally serves Zhytomyr region, and Yug Prod Torg LLC additionally serves Zaporizhzhia, Cherkasy, and Kirovohrad regions.
It was reminded that in accordance with the terms of the contracts, those suppliers who failed to fulfill the terms of the contracts would be charged penalties and fines.

At the end of March , the supply of food for the Armed Forces began under the first contracts signed by the State Logistics Operator - 300 trucks went to military units across Ukraine in the first week.
Subsequently , the DOT refused to provide the services of one of the food suppliers to the Armed Forces under new contracts due to unsatisfactory fulfillment of its obligations. The company in question is Cherkasy Meat Processing Plant, which delivered only 25% of the required amount of food to military units in the first week. The areas where the low level of order fulfillment was recorded were distributed among other suppliers.
