Deputy Solskyi Dmytrasevych is away on a business trip: the Ministry of Agrarian Policy responds to the prosecutor's statement

In response to the prosecutor's statement, the Ministry of Agriculture explained that Markiyan Dmytrasevych was on a business trip to Brussels from April 22 to 28 to participate in explanatory meetings between the European Commission and Ukraine as part of the negotiation process on Ukraine's accession to the EU.
From April 22 to 28, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Markiyan Dmytrasevych is on a business trip to Brussels. This is stated in a statement by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, UNN reports.

Markiyan Dmytrasevych participates in explanatory meetings between the European Commission and Ukraine to carry out an official screening of Ukrainian legislation within the framework of the Agriculture and Rural Development negotiation process. In fact, these meetings are the beginning of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU
It is noted that from April 12 to 21, Markiyan Dmitrasevych, as part of the delegation of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, was on a foreign visit to the Republic of North Macedonia.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Dmitrasevic met with the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of North Macedonia, Ljupko Nikolovski.
After his business trip to North Macedonia, Markijan Dmytrasevic immediately went to Brussels. It should be noted that Markijan Dmytrasevic coordinates foreign policy and international cooperation at the Ministry.
Deputy Minister Markiyan Dmytrasevych informed the SAPO prosecutor about the purpose and date of the business trip. After the negotiations, the Deputy Minister will return to Ukraine

When choosing a measure of restraint for the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Solsky, the prosecutor stated that Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Markiyan Dmytrasevych left the territory of Ukraine and is currently outside of it.
It is noted that he and Minister Mykola Solsky are suspected of seizing state land worth UAH 291 million and attempting to seize land worth another UAH 190 million.
