First Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
Mykhailo Albertovych Fedorov was born on January 21, 1991, in the city of Vasylivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. He received higher education at Zaporizhzhia National University with a degree in sociology and management, and also studied at the "Higher Political School" and Yale School of Management. He began his career as a student mayor of Zaporizhzhia, founded the digital agency SMMSTUDIO, and later headed the digital direction of the election campaign of the President of Ukraine in 2019. Since August 2019, he has held the position of Vice Prime Minister — Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and since July 2025, he has been the First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, also responsible for innovation, education, science, and technology.
