The Russian Federation has increased the number of attacks on Ukraine using jet-powered unmanned aerial vehicles. The Air Force expects rapid, large-scale solutions from air defense manufacturers.
Ukrainian F-16 pilots have shot down more than 3,150 aerial targets and carried out more than 650 strikes against enemy ground targets. The transition to F-16 Block 70/72 is currently being discussed.
As a result of the attack on Kyiv on September 30, two people were injured, and one woman was hospitalized. Fires broke out in three districts of the capital.
On the night of September 30, ballistic missiles attacked Kyiv. Fires have been reported, along with strikes on energy facilities and disruptions to water and electricity supplies.

During the night of September 28, Russia launched 165 drones at Ukraine; air defense forces shot down or suppressed 112 of them. Hits were recorded at 14 locations.
Russia attacked Ukraine with 170 drones, including 76 jet-powered Shaheds. Hits were recorded at 18 locations.
On the night of September 26, Russia launched 173 drones at Ukraine, including more than 50 jet-powered ones. Air defenses shot down or suppressed 134 UAVs.
On September 25, the Russians launched 162 attack UAVs at Ukraine, including 76 jet-powered ones. Air defense shot down or suppressed 127 drones.
On the night of September 25, Russia launched 295 drones at Ukraine; Ukrainian air defense forces shot down or suppressed 267 of them. Hits were recorded at 16 locations.
At night, Russia launched 282 drones and missiles at Ukraine, including "Zircon" missiles and ballistic missiles. Air defense destroyed or suppressed 227 targets.
During the night of September 24, Kyiv came under a missile attack; explosions were heard at around 1:00 a. m. The threat of further strikes remains.
During the night of September 23, Russia launched 161 drones at Ukraine, including 82 jet-powered Shaheds. Air defense shot down or suppressed 122 targets.
Russia launched missiles and 220 drones at Ukraine, with the main strike hitting three regions. Air defenses shot down or suppressed 186 targets.
On the night of September 21, Russia attacked Ukraine with 172 drones from various directions. Air defenses shot down or suppressed 147 UAVs and one "Bandеrol".
Russia attacked Ukraine with 138 drones overnight on September 19. Air defense neutralized 101 drones; hits were recorded at 17 locations.

The Russian Iskander OTRK uses ballistic and cruise missiles with a range of up to 500 km. Ukrainian forces have struck its launchers and vehicles.
Overnight, Russia launched 200 attack and decoy drones at Ukraine. Air Defense destroyed or suppressed 187 of them; hits were recorded at seven locations.
France is adapting AASM HAMMER bombs for Ukrainian Gripens, of which at least 32 are expected. This will expand the number of platforms capable of carrying the munitions.
Overnight, Russia launched 108 drones of various types at Ukraine. Air defense destroyed or suppressed 85 drones; impacts were recorded at seven locations.
At night, Russia launched 453 attack drones and 4 S8000 “Band erol” drones at Ukraine. Air defense destroyed or suppressed 405 UAVs; there were impacts at 13 locations.
In August, Russia carried out around 2,800 attacks with jet-powered drones, compared with 350 in June. Air defense response time has been reduced from 60 to six seconds.
Russia launched 410 attack UAVs at Ukraine, including 37 jet-powered ones. Air defense destroyed or suppressed 336 drones; 21 hits were recorded.
