Ukrenergo expands power outage schedules across Ukraine on April 8
Kyiv • UNN
Due to power shortages after Russian attacks, restrictions will be in effect from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Citizens are urged to limit the use of electrical appliances as much as possible.

In Ukraine, the volume of planned restrictions for April 8 will be increased. This was reported by UNN with reference to Ukrenergo.
Details
During the evening peak energy consumption period - from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM - scheduled hourly power outages will be forcibly applied in all regions of Ukraine.
The reason for applying the restrictions is the consequences of previous Russian attacks on energy facilities and the resulting power deficit in the energy system amid high energy consumption.
Find out the time and duration of outages at your address on the official pages of the distribution system operator (oblenergo) in your region.
Energy workers urged Ukrainians to limit the use of powerful electrical appliances as much as possible during evening hours, and to consume electricity sparingly as soon as it becomes available according to the schedule.
Recall
Ukraine successfully weathered the winter despite Russia's attempts to destroy the energy system, stated Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal.
