Despite the shutdown of power units, the electricity generated by Ukrainian power plants is sufficient to meet the needs of all household and legal consumers. Ukrenergo sees no reason to restrict the power system unless there is new shelling. No consumption limits have been introduced

At the same time, the Ministry of Energy noted that due to the drop in temperature and deteriorating weather conditions, electricity consumption is gradually increasing.

Import/export

Exports are currently carried out within one hour at midnight to Slovakia and Romania. Electricity is imported in the evening from Slovakia and Romania.
