According to the head of the European Commission, a new situation is emerging that indicates changes in Ukraine's favor. She also emphasized the importance of cooperation between Ukraine and EU states in the field of security.
President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen stated that Ukraine is demonstrating resilience on the battlefield and gradually improving its positions. She said this before the start of the European Council meeting, reports UNN.
