The Head of the Presidential Office stated that Ukraine's positions are strengthening due to attacks on Russia's oil and gas complex. According to him, Putin is being informed about these painful strikes on the energy system.
The head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Budanov, stated that strikes on Russian oil refineries significantly strengthen Ukraine's negotiating position, but, according to him, it is impossible to say whether these strikes will change Russia's position in the near future, UNN reports.
At the next negotiations, I think we will hear a lot of new things. In any case, this strengthens our position, and does not make it weak. We must do everything to strengthen our negotiating position, and any means to achieve the goal are justified and correct.
He noted that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is being informed about Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries.
They all know this perfectly well. Strikes on the oil and gas complex are painful for them.
