"As a result of shelling of energy infrastructure facilities, some consumers in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions temporarily remain without electricity supply," the Ministry of Energy stated.
Energy workers are operating in an intensified mode to restore power to all subscribers as quickly as possible. Restoration work continues around the clock.
"No restrictions are forecasted for today," the Ministry of Energy reported.
According to Ukrenergo, electricity consumption is showing a downward trend amid rising temperatures, which has reduced the use of electric heaters by consumers, and clear weather, which aids the operation of solar power plants.
However, consumers are still asked, if possible, to use electricity sparingly during the evening hours — from 18:00 to 22:00. This helps reduce the load on the system.
