As stated, seven strikes with guided aerial bombs were recorded. Private residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, and vehicles were damaged. There is information about injured people.

"The enemy struck with guided aerial bombs on the territory of the Sumy community. Preliminarily, seven KAB strikes were recorded. Five civilians were injured," clarified the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Oleh Hryhorov on social media.

As noted by the head of the Sumy City Military Administration Serhii Kryvosheienko, "part of the consumers were left without power due to damage to the power grid, and water supply was partially suspended, caused by the enemy strike."

Also, according to the State Emergency Service, "Russian drones struck one of the enterprises and a shopping center." Firefighting was complicated by constant threats of repeated attacks.

All fire sites have been eliminated.

"A 34-year-old woman was injured as a result of a 'Molniya' strike in the park area of the Zarichny district. Medical assistance was provided on the spot. The glazing of a coffee shop that fell into the strike zone was damaged," added the head of the Sumy City Military Administration Serhii Kryvosheienko on social media.

"Due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, we have additional outages in part of Sumy region," reported Sumyoblenergo on Monday morning.

According to data from the Sumy Regional Military Administration, as a result of enemy strikes on the territory of Sumy region over the past day, 9 civilian residents of the region were injured, including 1 child - in the Sumy community, a 15-year-old girl was injured due to KAB hits. During the day, from the morning of July 26 to the morning of July 27, Russian troops carried out almost 80 shellings on 24 settlements in 20 territorial communities of the region. Destruction and damage to private houses, non-residential premises, and civilian infrastructure facilities were recorded.
