Not just the base in Kronstadt – SBU confirms strikes on Russian Navy arsenal and oil depot near Krasnodar

Defense Forces struck the 15th Arsenal of the Russian Navy, a base in Kronstadt, and an oil depot in Kuban. Large-scale fires and ammunition detonations were recorded at the sites.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) confirmed a joint operation with the Defense Forces that struck the 15th Arsenal of the Russian Navy, the Kronstadt Naval Base, and an oil depot in Ust-Labinsk near Krasnodar, UNN reports.
Fulfilling the tasks set by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, SBU "Alpha" warriors, together with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, carried out strikes on a number of important military and logistical facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation. In particular, the 15th Arsenal of the Russian Navy in the Leningrad region, the Kronstadt Naval Base, and the "Ust-Labinsk" oil depot in the Krasnodar region
According to the SBU, "after a successful attack on the warehouses of the 15th Arsenal of the Russian Navy, a fire and secondary detonation are observed there."
The facility reportedly stores missiles and ammunition. Local chats report the possible evacuation of residents from nearby settlements.
"A fire was also recorded in the area of the Kronstadt Naval Base and the Kronstadt Marine Plant," the SBU noted.
All these military facilities reportedly support the activities of the enemy's naval grouping in the Baltic Sea.
"A series of explosions were recorded on the territory of the 'Ust-Labinsk' oil depot, followed by a large-scale fire. At least three tanks with petroleum products are engulfed in flames," the SBU indicated.
This oil depot is noted to be an important rear hub for the storage and supply of fuel for Russian troops in the southern and eastern directions.
"Special operations of this kind weaken the enemy's Baltic Fleet. The affected facilities are used for storing ammunition, repairing, and supporting the combat activities of ships. Putting them out of commission complicates the enemy's logistics, reduces the fleet's combat readiness, and limits Russia's ability to operate in the Baltic region," the SBU emphasized.
Addendum
In recent months, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have systematically struck Russian refineries and ports on the territory of the Russian Federation at distances of up to 1,700 km.
According to analyst estimates, Ukraine mostly uses FP-1 drones manufactured by Fire Point during strikes deep into the Russian Federation.
The most significant were the strikes on Moscow and the Leningrad region.
