In Brovary near Kyiv, amid an enemy attack, the city’s mayor Ihor Sapozhko said there were alarming reports on social media about a fire, and noted that at that time there was no information about damage in the community, UNN reports.

An air raid alert is in effect in the Kyiv region. The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reports that "the movement of enemy UAVs has been recorded. Air defense forces are operating in the region."
"The enemy attack is ongoing. We are seeing alarming reports on social media; some people are writing about a fire in the city. Stay calm; as of now, no information about damage in our community has been received," Sapozhko wrote on social media shortly before 10:30.
