The spokesman for the Central Headquarters of the Iranian organization "Khatam al-Anbiya" stated that transit through the Strait of Hormuz is again under strict military control. Tehran refers to "repeated violations by the United States and cases of piracy under the guise of a blockade."
At the same time, according to Bloomberg, five Greek and Indian tankers were heading northeast to the Strait of Hormuz from waters near Dubai, loaded with oil. But they did not reach the Strait of Hormuz and turned back.
According to media reports, six tankers were carrying about 8.3 million barrels of oil. These are the ships Nissos Keros, Minerva Evrope, Sanmar Herald, Desh Garima, Desh Vaibhav, Desh Vibhor.
