At the same time, Lviv City Council deputy Ihor Zinkevych noted that there may be people under the rubble of one of the buildings.

Prior to this, a series of explosions occurred in Lviv. Preliminary reports indicate damage to residential buildings. City residents are urged to remain in shelters until the air raid alert ends.
