This morning, near a beauty salon in the Pechersk district of Kyiv, unknown individuals left parts of domestic animal carcasses and also doused the entrance door and facade windows with liquid.
Investigators of the Pechersk Police Department have initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - hooliganism.
Currently, law enforcement officers are taking measures to identify those involved in the offense.
