The leader of Hungary's new ruling party Tisza and likely future Prime Minister Péter Magyar stated that Hungarians should be granted national minority rights in Ukraine. Magyar made this statement during a press conference, as reported by UNN

Hungary seeks to establish allied, and if possible, friendly relations with all neighboring countries, including through Hungarian minorities living abroad. This applies to Ukraine, Serbia, and all other countries 

- said Magyar. 

According to him, he will meet with Zelenskyy, and they will "establish relations."

Ukraine is a victim of this war; it has the right to defend its sovereignty. Hungarians should be granted minority rights
