General Staff on the front situation: over 60 battles recorded, the enemy continues attempts to storm towards the Antonivskyi Bridge

Since the beginning of the day, the aggressor has launched 64 attacks. The enemy is actively operating in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka directions, and also continues attempts to storm towards the Antonivskyi Bridge, UNN reports with reference to the General Staff's summary.

The aggressor is shelling border areas. Today, the following settlements in Sumy region were affected: Budky, Bachivsk, Khliborob, Tovstodubove, Koreniok, Rohizne, Volfyne, Stepanivka, Ryzhivka, Iskryskivshchyna, Chervone, Shalyhyne, Vorozhba, Starykove, and Prohres; Dibrova, Liskivshchyna – in Chernihiv region.

In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the enemy launched two air strikes using three KABs, carried out 47 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, two of which were with the use of MLRS.

In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy tried twice to improve its position in the area of Vovchanski Khutory. One attack is ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy conducted assault operations four times in the areas of Petropavlivka and Novoosinove.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers are repelling three attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Tverdokhlibove, and Lyman. All three assault actions are ongoing.

In the Sloviansk direction, no enemy attempts to advance have been recorded.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked once in the area of Nykyforivka.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 19 attacks near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Stepanivka, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, and Novopavlivka. Two assault actions are ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 18 times to dislodge our soldiers from their occupied positions in the areas of Ivanivka, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Shevchenko, Hryshyne, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Novopavlivka, Molodetske, and Novopidhorodne. Three enemy assault actions are ongoing.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked four times towards the settlements of Oleksandrovka, Vorone, and Zlahoda. The occupiers also launched an air strike in the area of Oleksandrivka.

In the Huliaipole direction, there were ten attacks towards the positions of our defenders in the areas of Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, Varvarivka, Hirke, Huliaipilske, and Staroukrainka. Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Viktorivka, Zelena Dibrova, Krynivka, Samiilivka, Barvinivka, Shyroke, Liubytske were subjected to air strikes. Three enemy attacks are ongoing.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy did not conduct assault operations and launched an air strike in the area of the settlement of Balabyne.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy carried out three assault actions towards the Antonivskyi Bridge. One combat engagement is ongoing.

In other directions, there are currently no significant changes in the situation. No enemy attempts to advance are recorded, the General Staff summarized.
