As stated, "on May 28 and on the night of May 29, 2026, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of important facilities of the Russian occupiers."

The Volgograd Oil Refinery (Volgograd, Volgograd region, RF) was hit. A fire was recorded on the territory. Primary oil distillation units AVT-1, AVT-3, AVT-5, and AVT-6, as well as secondary oil processing units, were struck. The plant has halted production processes,
