In the Moscow region and the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation, UAV attacks on oil facilities have been recorded. The Poltavskaya oil depot and an oil refinery in Kapotnya on the outskirts of Moscow were hit, UNN reports.

According to Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the NSDC, the ELOU AVT-6—a technological unit for primary oil refining on which the plant's operational capacity depends—is on fire at the Moscow refinery.
"The question now is whether to suspend the operations of the Moscow refinery or face a critical loss of capacity," Kovalenko reported.
He added that the Moscow refinery processes about 11 million tons of oil per year, providing about 40% of Moscow's gasoline needs and 50% of its diesel.
"In Moscow, restrictions of 20 liters per car at gas stations had already been introduced following constant attacks on oil depots and other refineries.
Now we expect an even greater crisis. Muscovites can thank Putin for this every day and remember how they voted for him," Kovalenko wrote.
Footage has also been posted online showing an FP-1 strike drone, created by the Fire Point company for deep strikes into enemy territory, maneuvering in the sky over Moscow.
Analysts point out that the refinery is located approximately 15 kilometers from the Kremlin.
Following the drone attack, the Poltavskaya oil depot in the Krasnodar Krai also caught fire. This oil depot serves as an intermediate link between Lukoil's refineries and end consumers—gas station networks.
