President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated in May that Europe should have its own representative at peace negotiations with Russia.
"If asked, it is likely something to which one cannot say no,"
Stubb emphasized that only when Russia commits to a ceasefire can we begin to discuss peace.
