Fewer battles today - General Staff named the hottest areas of the front

Since the beginning of the day, 50 battles have taken place on the front, with the most attacks recorded in the Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk directions. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are exhausting the enemy in the rear.
50 battles have taken place at the front since the beginning of the current day, which is slightly less than during the same period a day earlier, the hottest areas were Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk directions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in a summary at 4 p.m. on April 11, writes UNN.
Since the beginning of the day, the aggressor has attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 50 times.
Artillery shelling of border areas has been recorded. Today, in the Sumy region, the settlements of Tovstodubove, Bachivsk, Iskriskivshchyna, Koreniok, Atynske, Volfyne, Ryzhivka, Rohizne, Yastrubshchyna, Zhuravka, Budky; Zarichchia and Yeline in the Chernihiv region were affected.
Situation by directions
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, four combat engagements took place, in addition, the enemy carried out 28 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, one of which was with the use of a multiple rocket launcher.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy twice stormed the positions of our units in the area of Starytsia.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried to improve its position three times, moving towards the settlements of Petropavlivka and Novoosinove.
In the Lyman direction, since the beginning of the day, there have been four enemy assaults, near Zarichne and towards Shyikivka and Lyman.
In the Sloviansk and Kramatorsk directions, since the beginning of the day, the enemy has not conducted active operations.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 14 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, Rusynyi Yar, Sofiivka, and Novopavlivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 13 times to dislodge our soldiers from their occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Molodetske, Novopavlivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, three combat engagements with the enemy took place in the areas of Novohryhorivka and Ternove.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled four enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Solodke, Olenokostiantynivka, and towards Charivne. The enemy launched air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Kopani, Charivne, Rivne.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy launched air strikes on the areas of the settlements of Obsche and Omelnyk.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy conducted three futile offensive actions towards the Antonivskyi bridge and Bilohrudyi Island.
In other directions, there are currently no significant changes in the situation. No enemy attempts to advance have been recorded.
"Ukrainian troops are exhausting the enemy along the entire line of contact and in the rear," the General Staff emphasized.
