Defense Forces destroyed a network of enemy drone launch points in Pokrovsk

Paratroopers and the "Rangers" Special Operations Forces destroyed six Russian UAV launch points in Pokrovsk. The enemy was launching drones from civilian facilities to strike the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Fighters of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with servicemen of the 4th Regiment of the Special Operations Forces "Rangers," destroyed a network of Russian drone launch points in Pokrovsk. This was reported by the 7th Corps of the AAF, according to UNN.

According to the military, as a result of the joint operation, six launch points for vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) unmanned aerial vehicles, which Russian troops used to carry out combat missions, were hit.
Among the destroyed locations were premises near a city cafe, a children's goods store, a library, as well as a ruined house in the private sector.
As noted by the Air Assault Forces, the enemy used these facilities to launch drones and conduct strikes on the positions of the Ukrainian military, particularly on the logistics routes of the Defense Forces.
The targets were identified during an analysis of enemy actions. To strike them, the Ukrainian military used fixed-wing strike drones.
