Denmark will donate all of its air defense assets to Ukraine to help it defend itself against Russian missile attacks.
Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen has called for the transfer of all her country's air defense assets to Ukraine. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Voice of America.
"We decided many months ago to give all our artillery to Ukraine. Why? Because Ukraine will use it better than Denmark. And now we have to do the same with air defense," Frederiksen said during the NATO summit in Washington.
Addendum
The United States and allied countries will provide Ukraine with five strategic air defense systems.
At the end of May, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy saidthat Russia had used 3,200 guided missiles against Ukraine this May, and that next month the number of such bombs could reach 3,500. Therefore, Ukraine needs at least seven additional Patriot air defense systems, including two for Kharkiv.
