Windows were blown out in the Cabinet of Ministers building due to Russia's overnight attack. Across the country, four people were killed and over 80 were injured.
As a result of a massive Russian attack on the capital, the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was damaged—the explosion blew out the windows. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, according to UNN.
