ATES agents found a place of hidden storage of Russian military equipment at a seized enterprise in Kherson region. Trucks and BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles guarded by an occupation platoon are located at the facility.

A 54-year-old local resident was wounded as a result of an enemy strike in Dniprovsky district of Kherson. The man sustained a mine-blast injury, a head injury and a concussion.

A 72-year-old woman died in a Kherson hospital after being attacked by an enemy drone. A 42-year-old man was also reportedly killed in Beryslav by an explosive dropped from a UAV.

In the Kherson region, the Russian military attacked a 42-year-old resident of Beryslav with a drone. As a result of the explosives dropped from the UAV, the man sustained life-threatening injuries.

In Kherson, an occupant drone flew into the apartment of a 66-year-old woman, causing her serious injuries. The victim was hospitalized with mine-blast and craniocerebral injuries, her condition is assessed as moderate.

As part of the Bring Kids Back UA initiative, 12 children were returned from the occupied territories. Among them are a 16-year-old girl who lost her mother and a 17-year-old teenager who was issued a draft notice to the Russian army.

A drone attacked a 50-year-old woman in Antonivka, she was seriously injured and hospitalized. Over the past day, the occupiers shelled 33 settlements in Kherson region, killing 1 person and wounding 13.

Three civilians were injured as a result of Russian drone attacks in Kherson and Antonivka. One of the victims was seriously injured with a lower leg amputation, and all of them are in hospital.

Over the last day, 93 combat engagements took place, including 39 attacks in the Pokrovsk sector. The enemy launched 3 missile and 36 air strikes, using 992 kamikaze drones.

In the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, Russian military dropped explosives on the hatch of a bus carrying passengers. As a result of the attack, the vehicle caught fire, and information about the victims is being clarified.

On the morning of February 2, a woman was killed and a man was wounded in the Dnipro district of Kherson as a result of hostile shelling. The attack damaged private houses in residential areas of the city.

In January of this year, Russian troops fired more than 12,000 shells at Kherson region. As a result of the attacks, 29 civilians were killed and 237 were injured, most of them by drone strikes.

A local man was killed in a Russian drone attack in Antonivka village, Kherson district.

As part of the Bring Kids Back UA initiative, two children who had been living under occupation since 2014 were returned. After the full-scale invasion, they left for Russia, but were looking for a way to return to Ukraine, where their uncle was waiting for them.

In 2024, the occupiers stepped up repression of Ukrainian women in the occupied territories. At least 17 Ukrainian civilian women are in Russian captivity, including Oksana Senezhuk, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Russia does not recognize the detention of 24 Ukrainians taken from southern Ukraine to Crimean detention centers. Overall, in 2024, at least 250 Ukrainian citizens are imprisoned for political persecution.
