Zelenskyy heard Umerov's report on new defense packages from partners

Ukraine's Defense Minister reported progress in cooperation with partners on defense assistance packages, assuring that Ukrainian defenders will receive more weapons, and called on NATO allies to provide additional air defense equipment against Russian attacks.
Defense Minister Rustem Umerov briefed President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Ukraine's progress with partners in the area of defense assistance packages. The Head of State assured that Ukrainian defenders will have more weapons. He said this in his evening video address to Ukrainians, UNN reports.
Today, Defense Minister Umerov made a report on defense packages. What we are getting. What we are working on with our partners. We are doing everything to ensure that our soldiers have more opportunities, more weapons. And this will happen.
