Zelenskyy reported that today "there were meetings with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi, Yevhenii Khmara was present with the team of the Ministry of Defense, other government officials and the Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhii Koretskyi were there."
We have determined in detail the order of steps that can provide more protection for our cities, our villages, our south, our infrastructure. We are updating the grain export protection plan. I greatly appreciate that all heads of the defense and security sector are actively coordinating with each other. This is exactly what we need. I am grateful to Mykhailo Drapatyi, Yevhenii Khmara for their attention to detail and interaction. Pavlo Palisa and the Office of the President team will continue to assist in finding and implementing solutions.
According to the Head of State, Prime Minister Koretskyi is preparing economic and infrastructural alternatives that can support Ukraine's resilience.
The Prime Minister and the entire government team will work on maximum diversification of export and import operations. The challenges are very significant. Asymmetric solutions must also be found. Ensuring fuel supply for the Ukrainian market, additional export routes, necessary support programs for Ukrainian producers, plus work with our partners – with our neighbors in the region and Brussels – all of this is already underway.
The President also expects understanding from partners. Air defense is the first priority, with which partners can help.
All agreements must be fulfilled, fulfilled promptly. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, all our diplomats must act faster, and Ukraine's needs must be heard louder in the world, because these are real needs for protecting lives. And it is important that everything that is actually happening in Ukraine, about Russian strikes against our people, about Russia's prolongation of its war, is increasingly known in key partner countries.
