“Winter eSupport": almost 5 million Ukrainians have already applied

Almost 5 million Ukrainians have applied for the winter payment of ePayments. Thanks to Ukrposhta, an additional 2 million pensioners and social welfare recipients will be able to receive UAH 1,000.
Almost 5 million applications have already been received from Ukrainians for the payment of 1,000 UAH under the Winter is Support program. As of today, Ukrposhta has joined the program, which will enable another 2 million citizens to receive support. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a video message, UNN reports.

MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, referring to the document on amendments to government resolution No. 952, said that UAH 5 billion would be spent on "winter support" for Ukrainians from the state budget this year, and UAH 10 billion next year.
Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, noted that the Winter eSupport program will be funded from the funds allocated in the 2024 budget.
