UNICEF, the UN Children's Fund, reported the death of two civilian workers in the Gaza Strip who cooperated with the organization and delivered water to the population. This is reported by Yleisradio Oy, according to UNN.

According to the organization, the incident occurred during a humanitarian mission when the workers were transporting water for the residents of the region. UNICEF stated that they were killed as a result of actions by the Israeli military.
The Israeli side, meanwhile, states that its soldiers spotted two armed individuals in an area under Israeli control.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, hundreds of Palestinians have died in the sector since the ceasefire came into effect last autumn.
