Ukraine condemns the violation of Romanian airspace by a Russian drone, Romania being a member of the European Union and a NATO ally. This was stated by Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha, as reported by the MFA, writes UNN.

According to the head of the MFA, the incident is further evidence of the Kremlin's disregard for international law, state sovereignty, and European security.
Sybiha emphasized that Russia is systematically testing the West's resolve and laying the groundwork for further hybrid aggression, while a weak response only encourages Moscow to new escalation.
The response must match the scale of the threat. Ukraine and Europe need a comprehensive deterrence package: stronger sanctions, maximum pressure on Russia, and joint efforts to protect European skies from Russian terror
He also stressed that the fastest way to strengthen Europe's security is to deprive Russia of the ability to continue its terror against Ukraine.
