Three more traitors who fought in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions sentenced to 15 years - SBU

The court sentenced three traitors who fought against the Defense Forces in the Pokrovsk and Kharkiv sectors to 15 years in prison. They were found guilty of high treason and collaborationist activities.
Based on materials from the Security Service of Ukraine, three more traitors who fought against the Defense Forces in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions were sentenced to 15 years in prison. This was reported by UNN, citing the Security Service of Ukraine.
Details
The Defense Forces captured them during fighting in the Pokrovsk and Kharkiv directions. One of those convicted is a resident of temporarily occupied Donetsk who joined the Russian-created "people's militia of the DPR" back in 2014.
Another defendant is a native of Makiivka who signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense to serve in the 9th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 18th Motorized Rifle Division of the Russian army as a rifleman.
The third perpetrator is a traitor who in autumn 2025 "mobilized" into the 31st Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 67th Motorized Rifle Division of the Central Military District of the Russian Federation.
Based on materials from the Security Service, the court found the enemy accomplices guilty under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Parts 1 and 2 of Article 111 (high treason);
- Part 7 of Article 111-1 (collaboration activities).
