He pointed out that these are loans to households at 0%, energy loans at 5-7-9% for small and medium-sized businesses, and loans for condominiums under the Grindim program.

"We expect that thousands of similar distributed generation projects will be implemented thanks to government support," said Shmyhal.

In addition, restoration work at energy facilities is ongoing. The government is also raising funds for this purpose. In particular, NPC Ukrenergo received a €100 million grant from the EU to modernize, restore and protect substations.

"This is part of the European special program Ukraine Investment Facility. The funds will come through the German state development bank KfW," the Prime Minister noted.

According to the Prime Minister, just like in the last heating season, the state expects to get through the winter on gas of its own Ukrainian production. More than 10 billion cubic meters of gas have already been pumped into the storage facilities. By November, it is planned to increase this volume to more than 13 billion cubic meters.
